Defining the payment journey on a custom site created for a charity campaign.
Working at FFT, a leading charity advocating for and providing therapy services to survivors of torture, I helped to refine the payment journey for a custom campaign microsite. This allowed supporters to donate Christmas gifts that would be distributed directly to FFT’s services users.
A separate user journey had to be mapped into this process, so users could do this on behalf of a loved one for their Christmas present, to be sent with an e-card on the day.
As this was a one-off campaign, the payment journey also had to include opportunities to ask for ongoing monthly donations to support the charities wider efforts.
